GLP Dining is designed as restaurant decision support. The site is informational, avoids medical profiling, and keeps optional third-party analytics off unless the operator explicitly enables them.
What this site does
It organizes restaurant nutrition, ordering scripts, and tradeoffs for smaller-appetite, protein-forward, and variable-tolerance dining.
Medication and symptom pages are informational context only. They are not diagnosis, treatment, or individualized medical advice.
The editorial team publishes guidance to help people make faster decisions, not to build personal profiles or health dossiers.
Restaurant brands, nutrition tables, and menu trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
Saved orders & device storage
When you save a go-to order, log a meal memory, or create a custom meal, that data is stored in your browser's localStorage. It never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to share it.
Saved orders, meal memories, and favorites are tied to your browser, not to an account. If you clear your browser data, saved orders are removed.
You can view and manage all your saved data on the saved orders page.
Email capture & communication
When we ask for your email: After you save a go-to order, we may offer to send that order to your inbox. We also show email signup forms for weekly meal suggestions on certain pages.
What you consent to: When you provide your email, you agree to receive your saved order details and may receive weekly meal suggestions. The consent language is shown before you submit.
What we store: Your email address and the orders you choose to send are stored securely. We do not sell, share, or rent email addresses.
Unsubscribe anytime: Every email includes an instant unsubscribe link. You can also unsubscribe now or contact us to be removed.
No health profiling: We do not use email data to build health profiles, medical dossiers, or sell your information to third parties.
Analytics posture
Google Analytics is not injected unless analytics are explicitly enabled in the site configuration.
Microsoft Clarity is disabled by default under the current privacy posture.
Cloudflare analytics stays optional and depends on the operator enabling it and providing the required token.
First-party operational logging may capture sanitized zero-result restaurant searches so the catalog can be expanded without building health profiles.
How to evaluate guidance
Use the linked Trust Center if you want to see how source quality and publishability are handled.
Use source links on restaurant pages when you want to compare the current recommendation against the restaurant's published nutrition.
