Short version: we prioritize protein density, practical ordering scripts, and clear tradeoffs.
Scoring logic
Protein density is calculated as (protein / calories) * 100.
- `proteinDensity >= 5` adds `protein-dense`
- `fat > 25g` adds `higher-fat`
- `sugar > 10g` adds `higher-sugar`
- Additional GLP tags include `gi-gentle`, `sauce-on-side`, `small-portion-win`, and `high-volume`.
Curation lanes
- Best picks: protein-forward choices with fewer tradeoffs.
- Works with swaps: strong base orders that improve with simple modifications.
- Proceed with caution: usable in a pinch but higher in sugar, fat, or sodium.

- Macros are curated approximations unless explicitly marked verified.
